[Coco] OS9 and Mouse question

Willard, I may look ino this and find where it's implemented and partition the list to have it removed.
There are functions within the mouse routines to read the 2nd button but they are useless if it's tied up.

In OS9 L2, does anyone know how to stop the 2nd mouse/joystick button from 
changing the window so it can then be used for something actually useful?
I don't know why MW even set it up this way. It makes the 2nd button useless.
