[Coco] Including an SSC

It's not as easy as just saying "Yes, let's do it."

1. It won't fit in an FD-502 case
2. It will take a month, possibly two to develop a prototype, create board 
artwork, create prototypes of that, and test it all.
3. A lot of us don't want an SSC in a CocoSDC. They are not related in usage 
or need.
4. A lot of us already own an SSC (I do), have never used it, and don't want 
another.
