[Coco] Thread mess?

No issues seen using Google apps/gmail, Outlook, or Windows Mail.  I think
that is all the clients I use.

Long ago, messages from Nick used to break threading a lot, not sure why or
if that is still a factor (and they don't cause any trouble for any of the
clients I use today in any case).
