[Coco] The next coco3.....wish list

Some people don't want to do that. They would like a plug and play clone 
like the Replica 1 rather than the kludge/compromise that is the CocoFPGA.

It would take far longer for someone to package up a DE-1 for postage, then
go down to the post office and send it off, than learn how to program it.
