Bob, put the image in dw4 and treat it like a floppy and cobbler it. If you have to (I did it and can't remember), change the "/Xx" descriptor to match a 35trk SSDD floppy and OS9 won't know the difference. DW4 could care less what size the disk is. Then once it cobblers, change the descriptor back. This will get the boot on trk 34. Then from Startup.... type DOS :-)

Thanks for the replies on this.

I ended up making a blank file of the right number of sectors using a 
Windows programme called HxD.

I then copied it to the SD card, and set it as /sd1, and after changing 
the dmode settings, was able to format it.

I'm still trying to make it bootable. Not successful yet. :(
