[Coco] DWTCPDevice cannot be cast to DWSerialDevice

Linux Mint 17 is based on Ubuntu 14.04 ... So it's not old ;)

The error is from DriveWire Server. XRoar works fine, i tested the becker 
interface with the DWLOAD roms with my implementation.
