there is also dynastar for os-9. it's basically a minor clone of wordstar...

Oh? I don't know they were different. I actually have TW80.
Other than font, what else was different?
I remember using Telewriter 64 on my CoCo2 and didn't fancy the VDG
screen mode and font. The CoCo3 came out soon after and I jumped at VIP
Desktop and used that. I ignored Telewriter 128 because of my
impressions of T64.
Both VIP and TW80 are good wordpros.
I'm keen to see what was available under OS-9. Stylograph and Window Writer.

I think Danosoft also made a decent (not OS9) word processor called "Simply Better". I never really used any of them to make a good comparison.
