[Coco] usb keyboard for coco 2 / coco 2

This question comes up about once a year.

PS/2 keyboards are not hard to find.   They are still being made new by
both mass market and high end keyboard manufacturers.   Amazon sells
thousands of different models starting at $5.

The PS/2 interface is still very much in active use and still found on all
higher end/business model computers and servers.  Still favored by network
admins for security and gamers for n key rollover.  It's not going anywhere.

Not an issue at all unless you just *want* to use a usb kwyboard.  In that
case, maybe a fun project ;)
