[Coco] The difference between /SD0 and /D0

I've been trying to use the SDC build of the latest Niros9.

Been having problems (surprise surprise).

What's the difference between the /SD0 and /D0 devices. I know /D0 is
the floppy drive 0 but what is /SD0?

They both read the same directory, then for some reason they both fail
to read anything at all!
