Bob,
Do you UAC (User Account Control) tunred on in Windows? From Vista up, this is usually fefault to be on... If you do, you've got a mess. And it would explain a lot :-)

Subject: [Coco] DW4 lost its config
Hi all,
I just had a situation where I started up DW4 (latest version), and it
had forgotten the vhd files that were loaded, and it would not let me
insert new files.
I'm running Windows 8.1 on a AMD A6-6400 64bit processor, 8G RAM, 1TB HD.
I reinstalled DW4 to cure its amnesia :P
Any clues/suggestions?
Regards, Bob Devries
