One you should at least your primary instance working with VCC before
creating multiple instances on DW.
First you need to get DW4 server setup for emulator mode.

In Vcc under the bitbanger tab you need to enter the IP address of the
system that has the DW4 server running on it.  Also the port should be the
same port you set DW4 to use for the TCP connection.

On windows you will also need to make sure VCC is setup to be allowed to
run through your firewall.

Otherwise once you have VCC setup with the IP and port that DW4 system is
running on you should be golden.

I believe Aaron has a walkthrough for editing the config file to add extra
instances.
