[Coco] Subscriptions re-enabled

Hi all,

I have re-enabled all the bounced subscriptions and those where the 
reason for disabling was unknown.

User- and admin-disabled subs have been left as-is.

If your disabled sub was deliberate and I re-enabled it in error, you 
can disable it yourself or let me know and I'll do it for you. Please 
tell me the email address that I re-enabled!

That was a pain in the neck, wasn't it?
