[Coco] Vcc 1.4.3b and DW4 Installation Guide

Yup,  I must say my experience with VCC and Win 7 64b has been just peachy.

I'm thinking though that I will soon be going back to pencil and paper, 
as NO computer has been successfully been able to emulate them in a 
satisfactory way.  Stored properly paper lasts for thousands of years, 
they do not require an electrical source of any kind!  I must admit if 
left untended it might get a bug or two. easily remedied by keeping it 
in a sealed container.

p.s. also they have NO license fees of any sort, and requires very 
little training, or experience.
