You can read more about it in the book, but essentially it's just a
mock-up/empty shell. The big deal with it is that it's confirmation that
there was at least some thought put into an official CoCo 3 successor,
however unlikely that was going to be at that point. The book also talks
about the unreleased Deluxe CoCo, which was also on display, and is
actually (mostly) functional.
