[Coco] CoCoFEST! 2014 and the elusive CoCo 4

You can look it up in the book, or on the CoCo Facebook page, I believe.  
If my memory serves, I'm pretty sure the unit shown in the book and on  
display at the 'Fest was a mock up with no internal components.
