[Coco] MPI help needed

You should try EXEC&HE010 with the rompak in (a) the switch set for the
slot the rompak is in, and (b) the switch set for a different slot.  If the
rompak executes only when the slot number matches the switch, then the
switch is working and it is only the autostart pin that isn't functioning.
