Those look like Mark Data Keyboards, which were modified Dragon keyboards.

Those chips that had heat paste on them probably used to have heat sinks on 
them. We used to sell those at Spectrum Projects. That board you removed 
looked a lot like a composite video mod. But, if the red wires weren't 
connected to anything, perhaps it was disconnected, but never removed.
