Follow the nitros9 link to /level2/coco3, and you will find the .dsk's
there.

That can be a puzzle, hg's docs have a very high self-contained vacuum. I
cheated, I made pulling a current copy of lwtools, toolshed, and nitros9
into bash script. But then I'm on linux, no windows machines on the
premises.
Provided the 3 repo's are in build able condition, and from what you say
nitros9 is not ATM, its about 10 minutes to rename what I have out of the
way, pull and build each of the 3 projects needed to build nitros9. And
its just a few lines of bash script.

You've forgotten just how much of a frazzled person looks back at you from
the mirror from the first time you did that 25+ years ago. :)
Absolutely on the reliability, which is why I want to see it build clean,
and Just Work before any more new bells and whistles are added.
