Yep.  Most brand new business line PCs come with PS/2 boths, as do
most PC enthusiasts motherboards (just put a brand new intel i7 system
together with the latest asus motherboard.. PS/2 ports included).

Business require PS/2 because USB is very difficult to secure.  If
your corporate policy states no removable media can be used on site,
you pretty much have to disable all USB ports.

Gamers prefer PS/2 because it provides better control in games, more
key presses can be stacked up and things like that.
