[Coco] Level3 and Drivewire may not work

Drivewire does not care which of the clock modules is being used. On my real 
Coco3, I use clock_soft and my own program to read the SmartWatch which is in an 
RS-232 pak.

I will try moving around the rbdw and dwio modules to see if that makes any 
difference where they are in OS9Boot. Booting is a different issue.
It is possible that the boot_dw will not work with the Level3 rel and os9p1 
modules. At that point in the process there is no separation of RBF, SCF, and 
"SYS" modules, so what is going wrong?
