Ok, I've changed some input/output paths and the fpga is running better.

But you will never get all 64 colors without changing the current R2R DAC.
It would require more bits or something else.

But I think is good enough for the everyday use. I've commited the new
version you can try it.

One thing I noticed that reduces the noise a lot is: setting all input
lines to maximum current and all output lines to minimum current.
