ok later i will check what i did with my cable. 

tell me all the pins you have connected so far. you can try using a lm1881 to clean the sync. my coco2 peritel needed it, but not the coco3.

is the CSYNC.
If your diagnosis the composite sync issues I'll do more testing there.  I
was worried that this monitor may not support 15khz after all.
