[Coco] DriveWire 4 - NitOS-9 Floppy *BOOTSTRAP!*

I just fiddled with the bootdisk scripts in the NitrOS9 .DSK image and made
it write what would normally go to a .VHD bootable disk, to a real floppy
instead LOL.

Did you use the LINK program that's floating around for use with HDBDOS, or
did you do it manually?  How much of a pain is it?
