Good luck finding an EPROM burner with Linux software...
On the not-quite-$70 but a good deal, search eBay for"vp290 programmer"
This is the model that Logical Devices OEMs as their Shooter VP290 - VP390 for larger pin-count devices.
I have one of these on order... can be had around $140 or so...
