Thanks Tormod, I figured after all the discussion that you had linked it on Toolshed.
I'll check through the iles and see if I can find more descriptions. I was just making a quick list of what I did know. If you'd like, I'll send you a text doc of my list when I get all the descriptions.

It is already linked from the Toolshed site, on the wiki. If you go to
the Download (Files) section or Support, you're also referenced to the
wiki.

And as we know from another recent thread, nothing is secret on
internet :) If I search this list for "hdbdos download" (for instance
on http://blog.gmane.org/gmane.comp.hardware.tandy.coco) I find my
posted link on the 12th place. But I fully agree that such information
should be listed on proper web pages and not need search engines to
find.

For all the different HDB-DOS files and what they are for, there are
some hints in the Makefile. Some of it is maybe experimental or added
just in case it can help, by someone who didn't have time or didn't
feel obliged to document further... I'll add David's information to a
README file unless someone beats me to it.
