[Coco] OS-9 80-column driver is ready

Luis,
Here's a doc I got from somewhere with various port addresses of various devices. I added some to it as well.

Everyone check it and see if it's correct or if anything needs to be added for other unlisted devices

I will then update the doc.
It's in MW Word 2008 which should be readable with Open Office in Linux as well as others

The card uses FF78 FF79, this conflicts with the Glenside IDE and the RTC
right ?

Would be better to change it, but what address would be safe to use to not
conflict with SuperIDE, RTC, Glenside and GIME ?

Something around FF6x ?
