[Coco] OS-9 80-column driver is ready

The card uses FF78 FF79, this conflicts with the Glenside IDE and the RTC
right ?

Would be better to change it, but what address would be safe to use to not
conflict with SuperIDE, RTC, Glenside and GIME ?

Something around FF6x ?
