[Coco] J&M/JDOS Manual

There are a few JDOS ROMS at http://www.colorcomputerarchive.com/coco/Cartridges/

Version 1.11 isn't there, so I could dig out my EPROM programmer and dump it if you need that specific version of JDOS.
