[Coco] Update on CoCo Book

Mark, Retrobits and RCR are both terrific.  I listen to both.  There are some other ones on Vintage Computing, like Open Apple (Apple-specific, of course) and David Greelish's Classic Computing and Stan Veit podcasts.

Thanks for the feedback.  I haven't been able to get the Happy Days theme out of my head since I started producing the Floppy Days podcast!
