[Coco] Dragon snapshots now patched

I'm playing through some of these and some are really good.. THe Moon
Cresta is nearly 100% accurate!  Minus color.  Thanks for your hard hard
hard hard work.. Keep em coming.. Going to transfer these to my sd card
rompack.
