[Coco] Now using VCC as well as MESS

You can boot nitros9 in Vcc without using hdbos if that is the problem.

To do so, copy the standard _becker .dsk from nitros9.org to a second
image.  You need 2 copies of it because vcc does not like anyone else
touching files it has mounted.

Insert one copy in vcc drive 0.  Insert the other copy in DW4 drive 0.

Start vcc, type DOS

Whallllla :-)

Note that you are loading the boot track from the vcc copy and the rest
from the dw4 copy.  Assuming you don't mess with system modules, this is
fine.  You will have access to all of dw in any case.
