[Coco] Now using VCC as well as MESS

The file is dw3.sb, not dw3.sc. I also looked in the SCF directory just to
be sure RBF wasn't a mistake, and the file is not there either. I don't
know if this has anything to do with it. I disabled the becker port in the
bitbanger tab and the result was no change. It still does the same thing
when I type DOS.
