[Coco] MinTED: a minimalist update for the minimalist editor

The 32 column VDG screen would be too small for a status bar listing
all the "function" keys. (not impossible though, just ugly)

I'm not too familiar with OS-9 and what the restrictions are, but it
would be nice to see software that looks like it's a bit more advanced
over the 1970's teletype look.

It would be good to see programs utilizing the GIME screen modes more
rather than be held back by the 32 column VDG modes.
