[Coco] 2 wasted cpus?

in a fast check the pins 7 and 8 are connected. but 7 is VCC so is pretty
much connected to elsewhere like GND right, or wrong ?
I found two pin on other side like 35-34, 36-37 or 37-38 dont remember that
are connected too.
tested some pins from cpu till cartridge port like halt, reset and they
have continuity.
what pins could be fatal for the 6809 in case they have a solder bridge ?
