[Coco] Updates to DW4Man and Sound Chaser

Hi guys

I've been doing some updates to both DW4Man and Sound Chaser and the both now have a "multivue like" control panel to set screen colors, keyboard delay, etc. I've made several changes to prepair a few things for the upcoming rewite of both programs to include mouse control. There were also a few minor bugs squashed here and there
