[Coco] Drivewire cable - Where to get it?

You can check if the guys at http://www.cloud9tech.com are still 
building them, site still shows $14.

As for USB, get a USB to serial adapter, though I'd stay away from the 
absolute cheapest models -- I've found the one I purchased, with the 
FTDI chipset, was highly configurable as to how you want the USB 
packets/timeouts to behave...
