[Coco] Coco 2 and the 6847T1

ADOS allowed this as a configuing option, where you could elect to
have the default CoCo 2B text screen have real lowercase with either a
black or a green border, via a custom modified Disk Basic ROM.  Also
allowed in ADOS-3 for the CoCo-3 32-column text screen.
