[Coco] A new Kickstarter somewhat related to our overall CoCo FPGA discussion

There have been many other devices like this, including the ill-fated
Pandora, but this is yet another approach to emulating various platforms in
a non-typical manner:

Again, it's tough to say what something like this REALLY offers over
emulation on a traditional PC, which comes in some pretty unique form
factors (and growing, based on what's coming out this year), and then
there's the fact that we don't even have a CoCo emulator for Android, but
it's still nice to consider all the possibilities for
recreating/emulating/simulating platforms...
