[Coco] [COCO] [Source Repo] Keeping your local sources update to date

This is just a friendly reminder to all those who have downloaded the
Toolshed project source code base or NitrOS-9 source code base to always
make sure your local project sources are up to date.

Remember these projects are currently using the mercurial server and client
packages.

The commands to help you update your local copies are:
hg pull
hg update

Making sure you run these two commands will help keep your files up to date.
