[Coco] The terrible Scripsit

Hi all,

I never used Scripsit on any machine, but it reminds me that I wrote 
the entirety of my book "The Custom TRS-80" in Electric Pencil in 
1980-81 on a TRS-80 Model I.

Because you could embed control characters in Electric Pencil files 
(by using the @@ character pair to open the control code and a single 
@ to end it), the italics, bold, headings, column widths, and even 
type font changes were included in the plaintext document. It went 
via 300baud modem to the publisher and right to the typesetting 
machine from there.

Of course, regular wax pasteup was still used for the plate negatives. :)
