[Coco] Cocopedia update

One of Basic09's problems is that the executable module is 23K in size.
Without going to a modular form, you aren't going to add much of anything
to it. Even then, the rest of the 64K space is used for the workspace and
data space of your procedures. I wouldn't want to mess with that.
