[Coco] *ALL RAM* BBS system, and cassette emulation on Xroar

It was pretty trivial to set up. Instead of a modem, I hooked it up via
another PC running BBS Server 1.4, which basically takes an incoming telnet
session and sends it out the serial port, emulating a modem.

I'd set it up for you to check out, but I managed to lose both the CoCo and
the PC in a move a couple of years back. I always seem to wind up with less
boxes on the other side of the move than I started with. I *think* I was
documenting the process as I went via a webpage, so that should at least be
backed up somewhere :)
