[Coco] Yet another DW4 update

Mr Gault, Aaron will correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the dw4ui.jar is ALL that's being up dated with the new updater. You need to download the latest (full) version to get the updater but from then on, you can do it through DW and only the jar is updated. all your settings and configs remain

Is there a possibility to make updates install only the changed code? At least 
limit the update to the DW4UI.jar if that can't be broken down into smaller 
packages?

Maybe I'm the only one still using dial-up and these updates have been massive, 
too large for dial-up.
