[Coco] OS-9 sector allocation bitmap AKA LSN 1

Hi,

I just discovered that the google links into "comp.sys.apple2" do not work. 
Sorry. Google said they were going away!

If anyone wants to read the short history please send me a e-mail and I will 
respond with zip collection of messages that allows some understanding about 
what is going on.
