Very little if any at all. It is just like purchasing OS-9 from Tandy, all
you get is the OS.

You can mount OS-9 floppy images to add the software you wish, I added the
"C" Compiler and my own utilities from 20 years ago.

(Hourly, or each Minute?).

Should you see a filename that you like, download it and be disappointed if
what is in the file does not match what you are looking for.

Way back in the Delphi and CIS time, files had long and short descriptions.

Now there are thousands of sites with millions of files with filenames only.

RTSI is the first and biggest example. Solving this problem seems to be my
idea only.

ftp://www.rtsi.com/RSDOS/incoming/

You can look at ftp://www.rtsi.com/OS9/OS9_6X09/ but most of the Tandy OS-9
software is in RSDOS/incoming.

So, download your desired floppy image, mount it in the Cartridge menu and
transfer the files to the VHD.

Now if you tell us what type of software you are looking for, you will get a
more useful answer.
