[Coco] VCC Color antifact

As far as I recall. You *can* activate artifact colours in VCC through some
settting in some menu item somewhere. And you can even change between what
is blue and what is red. Do you remember incorrectly?

You can in any case in XRoar on the Nintendo DS.
