[Coco] Does anyone know how to start OS9 Sierra games?

>From searching the web, I thought it was DOS253, but that does not work on my end.  I downloaded the images from sourceforge, and it booted fine with the dsk images in the virtual floppy drives.
 
Now Since I have never used OS-9 or NitrOS9, I have to start doing some reading. 
 
Where can I get disk images.
 
Also I assume there is some DOS software that will allow me to copy the dsk images to real floppies.  Would be nice to fire up NITROS9 on my coco2
