[Coco] Get Al to the Fest!

I have very mixed feelings about the live streaming of video an audio
of the fest. One reason has to do with the paying for the fest. That's
in a way related to the point Boisy makes. Those that have been to the fest
know that the goal for Glenside is to simply break even on costs and to do that
we need to have people actually at the fest.

That said there is no policy against steaming video of the fest. The reason it isn't
being streamed is simply that the members of glenside don't have the capability of doing
it. To do so well requires equipment that none of the members have. There is also the issue
of network bandwidth available. We are completely at the mercy of the bandwidth provided by
the hotels wifi system.

Over the years various attempts have been made to stream video with various levels of success.
