[Coco] Reading a SuperIDE Compact Flash

If you don't mind counting sectors by hand, then you can use dd
to read or write the images.  Then you can use the Toolshed 'decb'
command to manipulate the disk image contents.  Be careful to write
them back to the right place on the CF!

It would be great if there were something more friendly to use --
volunteers? :-)
