[Coco] DEFT extra/lib not compatible with coco3?

Humm, it looks like DEFT PASCAL 3.3's extra/lib may not be coco3
compatible.  Or maybe it's not compatible with DEFT Pascal 4.1 (the
coco3 tolerating version of the compiler). 

Either way, a binary compiled with it just generates sparklies.
